1) Order Processing

All orders are processed the next business day.

2) Shipping Method

We currently offer the following shipping methods for U.S. orders:

USPS Ground (Including Free Shipping) estimated delivery: 3-5 business days

UPS 2 Days estimated delivery: 2 business days

FEDEX Overnight estimated delivery: less than 24 hours (only shipped Monday – Thursday)
Delivery times can vary slightly depending on location, weather, and carrier operations.

3) Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $75.

For orders below that threshold, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

4) Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
