1) Shipping Method
We currently offer 3 shipping methods in the U.S.:

2) Processing & Cutoff
All orders are processed the next business day!
3) Tracking
Once shipped, you receive a tracking email automatically.
If you do not receive tracking within 24 business hours, contact us at support@rrklabs.com
4) Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not shipped yet. Because we process quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed once an order is placed.
5) Refund Policy
- Not shipped: full refund available.
- Shipped or delivered: no refund.
Once an order leaves our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold.
Approved refunds are typically processed in 2-3 business days.
6) Disputes
Please contact support before opening a dispute or chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
