What we accept, how each one is paid, and when your order ships once the payment clears.
What we accept
Credit card
Paid through a secure link sent by email after you place the order.
Crypto
Wallet details arrive with your confirmation email. Processed instantly.
Bank transfer
Domestic transfers, by either method.
Zelle
You are given the Zelle recipient once the order is placed. Send the total only — no notes.
Paying by credit card
Card payments are handled on a separate secure page, so no card details are ever entered on this website.
- Place your orderCheck out as normal and choose the card option.
- Watch for a second emailShortly after ordering you will receive a separate email containing a secure link to pay by credit card.
- Fill in the payment formEnter your card details on the secure page and submit.
- We confirm and shipOnce the payment clears, your order moves into dispatch.
Important: when you fill out the payment form, enter the name and ZIP code exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. If they do not match, the payment will be declined.
Paying by Zelle
Once you place an order you will be provided with the Zelle username to transfer the funds to.
Send the total amount only. Do not add a note, a memo or a reference number — we match your payment by the amount and your name.
In every case — card, crypto, bank transfer or Zelle — you will also receive a follow-up email with the full payment instructions for the method you chose.
Processing and dispatch
Once your payment reaches us there is a one business day processing time before the order leaves the warehouse. Your order ships immediately after that processing day. Crypto is the exception — it clears instantly and can ship the same day.
Cut-off times. Paid by credit card or Zelle before 5:00 PM Pacific — processed and shipped the next business day. Paid by crypto before 3:00 PM Pacific — shipped the same day.

Bank transfers settle in 1–3 business days depending on whether ACH or a wire was used; a wire is the faster of the two. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and orders paid over a weekend are processed on the next business day.
